Questions brokers ask before signing up
What counts as one carrier?
One USDOT number. If the carrier holds more than one MC docket, all of them are covered.
Can I change the list?
Any time, from your account page. You can type a USDOT or an MC number; we look the MC number up and save the USDOT number it belongs to.
When does the first alert come?
The first daily check records each carrier's current record. From then on you hear about every change FMCSA publishes. The carrier lookup shows the current record straight away.
How do I cancel the Broker plan?
Use the billing button on your account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Stripe stops future charges; we do not refund part months.
Can I move from Free to Broker?
Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and we will move your watchlist across.
